Emma is a Highly Specialised Psychologist with experience in working across various child and adolescent mental health settings working with a range of mental heath conditions, physical health conditions, looked after children, those with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), learning difficulties and verbal and non-verbal children with learning disabilities.

Emma works with a wide range of presenting difficulties found in younger children, adolescents and their families, such as:

Types of work

Working in collaboration with the child and parents (where appropriate), and also schools and other agencies. Emma can offer a range of assessments and therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual need and in discussion with the young person and/or parents. These include:

  • ASD/ADHD assessments 

  • Cognitive assessments (intellectual ability/developmental delay: areas of strength and limitation)

  • Assessments of emotional/behavioural and mental heath difficulties 

Therapeutic work may be offered on an individual basis or with the child/young person and their carer(s), for instance:

  • Advice and support in ASD/ADHD post diagnosis 

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties 

  • Behavioural approach (Positive Behavioural Support model)

  • Work focussing on Parent/carer child relationship

  • Parenting strategies and support

  • Systemic and Narrative approaches, including Solution focussed Therapy

Registered Practitioner Psychologist with Health and Care Professions Council UK (HCPC)

Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Canterbury Christ Church University, Salomons Centre.

Laura is a qualified Occupational Therapist who specialises in working with children and young people. Laura has experience using the Sensory Integration Frame of Reference in her intervention and treatment sessions.

Lauretta has worked as a psychologist for over 20 years and has practiced in Sydney Australia as well as many London boroughs as a psychologist, manager and consultant as well as operating her private clinic from Harley street London and Worcester park. She has extensive experience working in mental health within the settings above. This includes comprehensive mental health assessments offering the most appropriate evidence based treatment. She has worked as an expert witness in family courts, a consutant psychologist for local authorities, the NHS, including CAMHS, various charities and private sectors. Currently she has a private practice and works as a consultant for a number of private organisations in London.

Preethy is a multi-lingual Clinical Psychologist and is fluent in English, Italian, Hindi and Konkani (native to India).

Nicola deals with all accounts and invoice queries, and keeps the finances running smoothly.  She used to be a commercial property lawyer before leaving to raise her three children – boys now aged 15, 13 and 10.  She now works part-time and very much enjoys being part of the Children’s Therapies team.  When she’s not working, her hobbies include reading, cinema, theatre and exploring London with her family.

She has also worked in special needs schools for students aged 6-19 years with moderate, complex and severe learning difficulties, speech and language difficulties, social communication difficulties and autism.
